Sparkle, also known by our friends in marketting as “Microsoft Expression Interactive Designer”, is available for public download. This is a real nice application meant for designing vector based user interfaces using Avalon (marketting speak: Microsoft Windows Presentation Framework). The whole app is made using Avalon and is a sample of what can be done using the technology. Some of the UI in Sparkle was even done using Sparkle.
Anyway, give it a try and give feedback to the team!
