What next? Open the HELP! Seriously, check it out. In the XNA section of the help you will find a “Programming Guide” with pointers to get you started making your first game. It talks about the game loop, 2d, 3d and many other things and it has code samples.

Managed Code for games?
At Gamefest, a few days ago, Rico Mariani did a presentation on real time applications with managed code. He has now posted the slides from the presentation and a few comments. Very interesting.
